Too often our need to change ourselves comes from comparing ourselves with others and wanting to act and respond like them.

This feeling of not being okay with our individuality creates dis-ease.

If you live dis-ease for continuous periods of time, there will be so much dysfunction in your system that you will develop disease.

Disease does not develop in your system overnight.

It is the many sleepless nights, the growing aches and pains, the more continued sensitivities to food and environment, the increased mood swings.

All these signs of continued dis-ease create a state of disease.

A constant okayness will create ease in your system.

A human body at-ease will perform at its maximum abilities.

Science proves this over and over again, thought processes, decision making, relationship exchange, creativity, body building, success in all areas of life is accomplished more readily through ease.

Practice BEING OKAY.

Say to yourself in as many moments as you can,  ” I am okay.”

Watch how this change in thinking raises your physical, mental and creative energy.

It is even scientifically proven that a human body at ease sustains only 1/4 the injuries of a system in tension.

Ease practiced daily will bring your human body into the evolution of greater feats than you could personally imagine.

Stress of trying will age you and your human system, and you will notice it with each passing year.

Practice ease and turn your life clock around!

Taking the path of least resistance means that when we are stressed and unable to make a decision, we picture in our minds a place of total relaxation.

From this place of relaxation, our inner knowing kicks in.

We are able to see clearly what is important, what is lacking and which direction to take.

The mind functions best ‘at ease’.

Difficult decisions are best made ‘at ease’.

In a hurry, in a frenzy to accomplish or proceed, large mistakes are easily made.

Get quiet, find that place that relaxes you and make your valuable decisions from there.

This place of least resistance will always give you the insight you need to make decisions and proceed with confidence.

When I was younger I memorized ‘The Desiderata’ because after reading it,

it was so calming that I always wanted to have its soothing influence.

May its words have a beneficial effect for you also.

“Go placidly amidst the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence.

As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant, they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons they are vexations to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others you may become vain and bitter for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Keep interested in your own career, however humble it is a real possession to the changing fortune of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs for the world is full of trickery, but let this not blind you to what virtue there is,

many persons strive for higher ideals and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself, especially do not feign affection, neither be cynical about love, for in the face of aridity and disenchantment, it is perennial as the grass.

Take kindly to counsel of years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.

But do not stress yourself with imaginings, many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars, you have a right to be here,

and whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt, the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore, be at peace with God, whatever you conceive him to be and whatever your labors and aspirations in this noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul.

With all of its sham drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.

Be careful strive to be happy.”

Often spring brings a time when we feel an urging to step up our game and get productive.

How productivity really works is the key to manifesting quickly our desires.

As in the picture above, not trying is important.

Trying creates urgency which blocks the natural flow of new thought.

Your desires for new are the catalyst.

Envision the new.

Allow this vision freedom to dance around in your mind.

Be playful with what you see.

Have confidence, smile, relax.

Manifesting comes quick when we are alert and relaxed.

The more you hold your vision for the new in your mind with patience, clarity and confidence the more information on how to bring it into being will come to you.

This is the real fun of creating. Being, and all you need comes to you.

Five minutes to feeling refreshed!

Sit down and begin to relax your breathing.  Concentrate now only on your breathing and your body.

After a few moments begin focusing on your toes. Wiggle your toes. Bend them in.  Stretch them out.

Now do the same with your feet.

Point your feet up. Point them down. Do circular motions.
As you are stretching your feet you are also stretching your legs.

Pay attention to how these movements feel. These soft stretches are a wake-up call to your body. Take your time.

Your human body is filled with many different muscle groups that allow for countless motions all through your day and night. These gentle stretches do much to relieve stress and restore energy.

Very simple to do, and yet the effects are profound. These simple stretches create relaxation, restore natural healthy blood flow and promote deeper consistent breaths.

Concentrate now on your stomach and abdomen.

Breathe in deeply through your nose. Hold the breath for 5 to 10 counts.

Push the entire breath out through your mouth. Repeat 10 times.

Feel the muscles working and stretching.

If your thoughts drift, just bring them back. The more you concentrate on these movements the better effect they will have in promoting a natural healthy response in your system.

Now, with the palm of one hand smooth one side of your chest, neck, around the shoulder and upper arm. Switch hands and with the opposite palm, smooth the other side of your chest, neck, shoulder and upper arm.

A lot of tension is in your chest which is greatly relieved with your touch.

Massage

Now close your eyes and slowly tilt your head to one side. Hold for a couple moments and then tilt your head to the other side. Hold. Back to center.

Next slowly tilt your head forward and then back. Do this movement 5 times. Feel the muscles that are present.

Now your face.  Focus on the area around your mouth. Open your mouth wide. Pull your cheeks toward your ears, hold for a couple seconds. Relax. Repeat. These muscles are often forgotten and can easily sag without attention. Next open your mouth and pull your lips in over your teeth. Hold release and repeat. Do 5 stretches.

Now a nice big smile. Hold for a couple seconds. Release and repeat. 5 stretches should feel really good to this area of your face.

Next open your eyes real wide. Hold for a couple seconds and relax. Open wide again, hold and relax.

These gentle relaxing movements restore, invigorate, and revive the human body leaving you mentally, physically and physiologically rejuvenated.

You can try these sessions playing soothing music or laying on a yoga mat href=”http://funtolearn.aromathera.hop.clickbank.net/”>aromatherapy candle or burn incense.

All of these variations can add to the effects of your workout and sometimes they can help you to stay focused on your movements and add to the overall natural healthy benefits.

So remember quiet gentle movements can be very beneficial to your achieving a natural healthy happy system. Enjoy!
